whole domain is nonresponsive, did the US take down even affiliate site's domain?

it is pretty bad because MX records do not resolve too, so the emails do not go through as well!

Bovada seems to be up.. just the affiliate site down..

I am able to login to the affiliate site now, and check all links are it seems to be working fine, however depending on the kind of interruption they had, databases it may still replicating.
