I deposit all the time. I cashed out 500 and I was unable to cash out my further $800. This is why we are not making money on Rivals.

I am unable to withdraw my $800.

Relsolved today. This is the 3rd time this has happened to me.

This is really shocking! I had no problem in cashing out under $500, but $800 is also not a big amount. It would be horrible if all our players have to go through the procedure mojo went through.

It sounds like the limits some ATM machines have. Some machines only allow me to withdraw up to $500 or $800 then I have to put my card back in and do it all over again to get the full amount I want.

Or like trying to get cashback from an ATM at the grocery store checkout. You can do it several times in a row, with purchases, but can only get a certain amount of money per purchase/transaction.

If you're able to withdraw the full amount you want to withdraw at once, that's the main thing. Having to request it in several transaction but all the same day, isn't really too bad.

They should make this clear on the banking page of the casino website and in the software cashier area though.

I think a player should be able to cash out however much they want. If I had won 10k I would have had to cash out 20 times.

If a player is lucky enough to win their experience should be a happy one and they will want to come back. This is frustrating. Does any other software have this rule? I understand sometimes funds need to be split for paying big wins but actually cashing out at the casino page should have no limits.

I think the casinos are good but I am looking for why some of my rivals don't convert as well. For me at least.

Honestly I don't know of any other casinos that have this limit. I didn't even know Rivals did.

If money is transferred from a casino account to some payment system like usemywallet, why should there be any withdrawal limits at all, unless the payment system has any limits or the player has won a huge jackpot. Since Rival is one of the remaining few who accept US players, we must try to get this issue clarified for the sake of our US players.

That's one weird and long call inquiry indeed. It's always about real money payout which most people in online casinos having problem with. Also with some affiliate programs too.

Most all of the Rivals that I play at and Pimp too have a $2,000 per day cashout limit and a $4,000 per week cumulative cashout limit.

I did get a note that my withdrawel limits were raised to this as well. I wonder why there is a limit at all? :-k

I mean it has not gotten to the banking section yet. It is merely from the casino page. Therefore, you have to physically do several 'cash outs'.

I know I got frustrated and ended up spinning 300 back and cashed out 1000. I'm not picking on this particular casino. It is one of my faves but it really irked me as a player. If there is a cash limit on payouts like rtg ok, but let the player cash out easily.

These limits are such garbage. If a player can lose $20K to a casino then they should be able to cashout the same without being held hostage with some bs $4K limit. No wonder we can't land any high rollers at Rivals. What kind of big player will give their loyalty to a casino that will take them months to pay out a big win? There are also some trusted rtg casinos with this same bs policy and it really makes me angry.

Also the moronic thinking about new players being restricted to a $2K per day deposit limit at rivals it about as stupid as it gets. It's like the ceo's of Rival sat around the round table one day and said to themselves, how can we sabatoge our success? Then one idiot stands up and says my George I've got it. Lets stop players from coming in big and restrict them to only $2K a day in deposits. I doubt new big players will want to jump through hoops and make requests just to give their money away. I could understand it with a credit card bank account, but with the online ewallets its fckin retarded and the idiot who thought that was a good idea needs to get a clue.

This is one thing I look forward to when they legalize online gambling. When the big dogs like Harrahs come to town online they won't be playing these games with players cashouts and thats who I am going to roll with, even if I have to take a smaller cut. These small time casinos really have no business taking players money if they can't pay out big winnings in a reasonable amount of time. It's just an underhanded technique to get the player to lose back their winnings which is great for all of us on this side of the business, but we don't need to force them to do something that most of them are going to do anyway.

Looking at reports, there seems to be about 35% of depositing players are SUSP and BAND players (many of them top players) and a few DEAC. Looks to me it's accross the board with Rivals with a few exceptions. Is the the norm? Anyone else?

Mine are not quite 35% but I do see the same thing with most of my rival programs. I am guessing these are either fraudulent players or those that chose to close their account on their own accord. It is a little strange though that my 2 top players this month at one particular program are both banned.

I don't think you have to be a fraudulent player to be banned, casinos are just like bookmakers, both like players that consistently loose and "hate" players that consistently win (even fairly).

Really what we are looking for as affiliates is lots of high rollers that consistently loose, let the smartguys go elsewhere they just hurt our bottomline LOL

And I've really been pulling for them to do well because they have made some right decisions early on and still haven't done anything to taint their reputation short of what's been said here. Nothing that can't be fixed anyway ... unlike the many other software brands which had more rogue than legit (seemingly) and though somewhat cleaned up now ... their legit casinos are going to carry the baggage of unscrupulous predecessors for years to come.

I have had a hard time converting RTG due to the large amount of bad publicity having made its mark even with players having choices cut down from including MGS brands.

I think I get a pretty smart and informed following of traffic and I have hard time faulting their caution.

anyway I hope the tops of Rival see this thread or some similar and choose to make the right decisions ... again ... as they've positioned themselves well ... it would be incredibly sad to see them shoot themselves in the foot so close to being a "favorite son" so to speak.

I can't speak on their deep past but in the time I have become aware of them the first complaints I have seen which were real reason for concern have come in very recent times. (short the decision to limit payouts as I totally agree that they should be AT LEAST in comparison to that which is deposited.

Besides these aren't players who have been winning elsewise the stats would have told that story month after month.

I think some of the suspended players can be attributed to the Canadian drop out. I had forgotten about that. I dug up a thread here:
