I have noted that different websites that are first with good keywords :
they (websites) obtain links offering free statistic.
I ask this :
is it correct ?
if it is correct, I have one half idea to do this.
I see that these websites , using these technic , are first in different websites with important keywords.
what do you think ?

I guess it really depends on what you do. For example some in poker industry run tournament tarckers which keep track of major tournies available and where. Some do freerolls etc. They allow the user to use their script provided that the user gives them a link back.
It's a great idea if you can think up something that would be new...than there would be a much higher demand for your product and something that is usefull.
Best of luck...I to am currently trying to find someone who does script. I don't know what I need, but i know I need something for my idea. If anyone knows of other places to go besides SItpoint for tehse type of things I think it would be usefull for everyone.

I think it's fine to offer original services or content for links. Create an original tool that other webmasters can place on their sites for a link.
One really good example is SBR lines. They made real time odds for all of the different sportsbooks . They made the information available for other sports related webmasters to use on their sites. Duplicate content, yes BUT a value added for the site.
