Is Dan.com legit? I've bumped into domains I own and am not selling there twice now, I even put a fake offer in on one and got a counter offer.

Hey MJM, Yes DAN is legit. They were previously a company called Undeveloped. They're based in the Netherlands and have a good reputation with in domain community. All offers and transactions are secure with escrow and is usually a very smooth process.

I ran into that problem this week. I got a domain that someone had previously listed on their portfolio, so when I pointed the name servers it was directing to the old sellers listing. I contacted support and they resolved the issue quickly.

I do think its better for EU residents. I've heard US & CA are not as trusting yet. That's why I try to list at GoDaddy and other places too.
