I just came back from the 'Power Latam' conference in Buenos Aires, organised by EGaming Review and it was very interesting.
Basically, the main idea is that we should consider Latin America, not as a unit, but separately, as there are different cultures and every country is different, therefore branding must take this into account.
One of the biggest problems that we face in Latam is related to payment processsors. Players play where they can deposit, so without payment solutions there is no success. So firts we must focus on solving these (there are alternative solutions being worked out) and then marketing should be the focus.
Partnering with programs that don't have these restrictions is a good alternative, so that you get to know the market and are familiar with how it works.
