OSCommerce on Windows

I have a client with an OSCommerce Shopping cart on one of my windows servers and am looking for anyone that has a good bit of experience with setting up and maintaining this on Windows.

I had a os drive die recently and ever since replacing the drive and reloading windows this one site keeps having some hiccups related to orders....

I did not originally build this site so I am looking for a pro to bounce some questions off of.
