Dear Affiliate,


We are writing to inform you that due to management decisions, OVO Casino will cease to offer all services to both new and existing customers as of 29th November 2018.


Should you have any pending commissions, and have provided all the necessary payment details, then all payments shall be settled in full and paid out in December. In case sufficient payment details have not yet been provided, we urge you to do so at your earliest convenience so that payment can be effected. Kindly note that should you be a Malta based Affiliate, we require an invoice from your end before payment can be issued.


Please note, that as per clause 6.9 of our Terms & Conditions, "It shall be the Affiliate's sole responsibility to ascertain that it can receive the commission due via a payment method that is acceptable to the Operator. If the Affiliate fails to provide such information within three (3) months from notice by the Operator, any commissions due shall be forfeited.”
