Paddy Partners Daily Reports

When running the "Daily Figures" report at Paddy Partners, the data is not displaying. I can run other reports and get the information I;m after and everything appears to be tracking/crediting properly, but I can't see that particular report. Is anyone else having issues with this?

Yes, same. Queried this with PP and got an email back - they are aware and have logged a ticket with netrefer to correct this.

I wondered if it was due to a complaint I had about it ...

Did you notice that the daily report had a FEES column start appearing recently in it?
Our FEES were about 25-30% of total deposits last month over GBP 10K.

So 10 days ago I asked WTF this column was - whether it was accurate - and how the fees were calculated.

Never got a response ... but when the report stopped displaying .....

Yes, I certainly noticed the fees column with huge amounts of deductions. I had a defeatist attitude to it, that it would be taken either visibly or invisibly and, unlike most firms, they had chosen to make it visible. Maybe they have thought better of it now and it will disappear, out of sight but not out of the stats.

There were many days where fees were higher than earnings.

Indeed they were both things. Our "fees" were way into five figures and our affiliate share was around 1/10th of the "fees" total.

I'm optimistic that the column was incorrectly calculated - I hope it comes back and we see that the fees values are still there and significantly lower than before. I'd still like to know what they are made up of ... so we shall wait and see

Well, the daily report is now "fixed"... And of course, the fees column is absent.

Considering when the fees column was live, I could not make sense of the figures - I am wondering if I'm being assessed "fees" for players "across all channels" despite not being paid commission "across all channels".

I would love for Luke to chime in on this...

think Luke has left now, which is a massive loss for Paddies and this forum

Eww - If that is the case, it is a HUGE loss.

It kind of sums up the contempt affiliates are held in. Don't justify the stats, just remove them from sight when queried.
