“Pages with Redirect”
I’ve been getting content indexed but Google Search Console around 70 pages that are not being indexed because they are “Pages with Redirect.”
Can anyone help me fix this and get the page indexed? As far as I’m concerned, I’ve just written the posts in Wordpress and can’t find any reason that a re-direct would have been put in place.

Possible that you have alternative page url indexed? for example you are checking http and https was indexed?
check in details where google thinks it redirects and whats the status of that page.

If you inspect the URL it'll give you more info, such as any canonical.
Also double check it is the url you think it is, because redirects for http/https, www/non-www, trailing slash/no trailing slash etc.. are pretty common in wordpress.
Maybe also manually check if the url is indexed. Sometimes GWT says it isn't indexed, but it is.

If the site in question is the one in your signature, then it's strange as the redirects are set correctly with 301
maybe you can share some of the pages which google thinks are redirects?
