    Exclamation Party cashier-argent disparu

    bonjour

It sounds like you might have had a chargeback.

here is the reply from party cashier
Hi Laurent, We see that your account was inactive for an extended period of time. For security reasons, we had moved the funds in your account to a secure holding account. We have raised a request with the relevant department to add the funds back to your cashier account and we expect the funds to be added back in 2-3 business days

Never see that before !!! i go to my party cashier 1 time each month…it's not enought….strange…..

This is a really STUPID move on Party's part.

I am happy to hear they have requested the money be moved back, but it's disgusting that they did this to start with.

Do they also do the same with player's money?

Let's say a player hasn't played in a number of months for whatever reason, decides to do so and logs in to the cashier to transfer a few quid back into their casino/poker account and finds this situation.

As per their response above, it will be days for this to get straightened out....my guess is that a very VERY large percentage of players would now decide to just withdraw the money and find a new place to play instead of dealing with such practices.

To have a reply try to send an email to affiliates@partycashier.com , don't use the contact form in party cashier...

I had the same problem, if you want to quickly solve the problem necessarily write to affiliates[at]partycashier.com. After 24 hours I had answer to mail, and after 48 h cash back in my account.
