Pay me please! (Resolved)
My casino site has been neglected over the years so havent really checked my casino stats often enough. Recently I was informed by Jean that I hadn't logged in for awhile and if I never my account would be deleted.
So I logged in to see I am still sending clicks every month but not many are converting, well apart from 1 guy last February 2011.
This guy earned me over £1,000 which by the looks of it you attempted to pay my inactive Neteller account.
I asked Jean if she would kindly resend the payment, which I was told no unless I send more players.
At the moment I am not in the position with traffic to send you much, but will be in the future when I start working on my casino network again.
So can you please send me the payment and then I will be more inclined to keep you on my sites than if you dont.

Just to be more transparent, my names Rob, quite a few of you probably know who I am anyway.
And sorry I was "incorrect & misleading" I wasn't told the account would be deleted but "runs the risk of being closed down".

I don't agree that they can hold your payment ransom in order to get you to give them more players.
I presume it says something like that in their terms and conditions and I would check if I were you, but if that is the way they operate I would not promote them at all quite frankly.

Hey Rob,
Please be clear that we are not holding you to ransom nor stealing your commissions. As your account had been inactive for over a year we simply contacted you to enquire if you wanted it closed or intended to start to work and promote us again. We were withholding the commissions as you are not promoting us nor referring new customers, if you do not wish to start promoting us again and prefer we can simply pay up the commissions and close the account. You were even unaware of any commissions until we notified you to ask you to become an active affiliate again, as you had not logged into your account in over a year. We do have quotas in place and this is in our terms and conditions and are upfront about them however, we always try to find ways to get our affiliates promoting us again before we enforce them. We were discussing and responding to you via email and are now slightly surprised that you have taken this to the forum when we have't come to any sort of final agreement! Can you please let me know via email on here how you would like to proceed.
Many thanks,

Hi Sarah
I have been promoting you since 2009, I have sent you clicks EVERY SINGLE month since then, even though I haven't logged in to my account.
My site www.playonlineslots.co.uk has you listed and is still sending you visitors.
You sent me an email to inform me that I hadn't logged into my account for a long time and I was at risk of it being shut. I was a bit surprised as I knew I was still sending you visitors, even if they were not converting to FTDs.
So I replied to your email asking are you sure I am not sending clicks, actual words were "You haven't been getting any traffic from us? Or I haven't logged into the account?".
I was told I hadn't done either, apart from I had 1 referal who played a year ago.
So I said I will check my links to see if they are working still, which they were.
When I logged in I then noticed there was a non-payment and replied to your email letting you know about it, only to be told... I could not be paid out until I made more referrals as I am in breach of T’s and C's.
I replied again asking nicely about it, but got quoted T & C's again that unless I send you more referrals I will not get paid. So this is the reason why I come here.
I am pretty easy going, I have never complained before, and the money doesn't really matter, but its just the principal of it now.

Hey Rob,
I understand that you have spoken to Jean and this is all resolved, and you are happy to work with us again and you will be paid up to date for all commissions earned.
Thanks for your understanding and I am glad we are able to come to a positive conclusion
