    Unhappy Payment problem (resolved)

    Hi, i have a big problem with my payments.

    My last payment was sent in february and it was for the period of 1 december 2012 - 1 january 2013.

    Now i have to receive my payment for 1 january - 1 february 2013 and for 1 february - 1 march 2013. Until now i did not receive my payment for the last 2 months. I receive an email form the affiliate manager and it says that my payment for 1 january - 1 february was sent and the payment for 1 february - 1 march was not sent because of an error.

    I reply to him that i did not receive the payment and i sent him print screens from my player account and from my affiliate account with all the stats and with all payments received. That was yestarday morning. No anser since then.

    I know you have many affiliates, but can someone help me please ?

    If it's allowed, i can post here too, the print screens with stats from my player account (with the payments received) and the affiliate account(with the stats for every month). I have to receive payments for two months, the last two months.

    I urge you not to just post stats.

    Bet365 will help work this out with you.

    If they notified you there was an error, they will work this out with you.

    Give them a day or so to get back to you, and now that you posted here you will also likely hear fromt the rep here. If not, maybe Anthony or Steven can help you get in touch with someone to help get this resolved.

    I will drop the rep a note that you could use some assistance.
