Payments
At the beginning of last month I updated my payment instructions, and low and behold this months payment went straight into my old account. Can someone update them please?
I would of emailed but I wanted a reply so this is the best place

Hi,
I have spoken to accounts and they have confirmed that the update to your new bank details has been approved in our finance systems.
All future payments will be made to your new bank details.
