I've got a sponsor with a $100 minimum payout. If you're under the $100 the amount gets carried over to the next month.

A few months ago, I got a $23 credit, but this seems to have fallen out of the system as I didn't get any more earning for the next few months. A couple of months ago I made the $100 and got a cheque with no problems. Last month I got over $100 and I'm sure I'll get paid for that. My query comes from the players behaviour. It looks as if he played 5 or 6 times during the month, and he's got a credit of around $50 in his pot at the moment. I expect him to carry on and play that during the current month. However this pot doesn't appear in my current months's stats. Does this mean that I'm likely to only get paid for new players, or will his pot re-appear once he starts playing?

Are these things standard in the industry? The one month carry over for a shortfall is a bit discouraging for beginners.
