lack of funding issues now - oh my!
May be worth GPWA investigating if players are being paid?
This is turning more risky each week as affiliates are not being paid - it would be really important to know if players are also being stiffed.

i think, all do not care
I received an update from the owner. I understand the company transfer that caused the affiliate payments delay has been completed. I have been told that affiliate payments have begun to go out.
My prior understanding was that this effected affiliates specifically and not players. I will ask the owner to confirm whether player payments were impacted.

Any new information about payments status? I heard that some of affiliates received money. Process stopped, Guru's waiting for new transfer. I got this info from Sebastian.
Hi play4,
I received my most recent update from the owner on Thursday, October 4th. Since there have only been two full business days since then (Friday and Today - Monday), I did not request an additional update since then. I will be out of the office for the BAC and EiG conferences and my follow-up is likely to be less frequent while I am away, but if I am able I will try to post once I receive more information.
Best Regards,
Steven

there waiting for a transfer - new management - doing the best they can - blah blah blah! Same ole stall tactic!
As far as I am concerned they are in BREACH of the GPWA code of conduct!
#3 Affiliate Earnings, Bonuses, Winnings, and Account Balances
Sponsor will pay affiliates in a timely manner and in accordance with Sponsor’s published terms and conditions and will honor all of Sponsor’s written agreements with affiliates. Sponsor Companies will credit the accounts of players with bonuses and winnings in accordance with published rules and procedures and will promptly pay players any balance in their account upon their request.
#4 Affiliate Complaints
Sponsor will promptly respond to any complaint forwarded by the GPWA or by a GPWA affiliate member on behalf of the affiliate or on behalf of a visitor to a website operated by the affiliate. If the complaint alleges the Sponsor Companies failed to comply with these terms the Sponsor agrees the Sponsor Companies will either provide reasonable evidence of compliance with these terms, or offer a fair resolution of the complaint.
The right of a GPWA affiliate member to lodge a complaint shall be absolute and no confidentiality or other agreement between a GPWA affiliate member, or a visitor to a website operated by a GPWA affiliate member, and any Sponsor Companies shall be construed as prohibiting the disclosure of otherwise confidential information to the GPWA or GPWA affiliate member for the purpose of lodging or otherwise substantiating such a complaint.
I do not particularly see them following the GPWA code of conduct yet still receive all the benefits of being a SPONSOR! Why is that?
- not paying affiliates for more then 2 months
- not replying here in person in a responsible manner (they were here daily when pumping up brand to start - now NADA)
Again - this is not the way a company is suppose to operate - these terms of conduct are all to often just ignored and nothing happens. Things are allowed to go on for months without resolution. I understand though Steven is doing the best he can - Thanks Steven!

Well done!

[18:44:28] Sebastian Jarosch: We're currently putting something together to post
[18:44:43] Sebastian Jarosch: apart from that I have a couple of very important things to do right now
[18:44:48] Sebastian Jarosch: which also involves payments
The owner has been open and communicative with me throughout the transition, and I want to start by acknowledging that. I saw a more recent comment above in this thread that presented communicating through me as a problem, and I want to clarify that I don't believe it is a matter of hiding as the post somewhat implied. I was trying to get a full understanding of the situation, and told the owner that I would relay the information - so I think it was simply a matter of him knowing that his messages were being communicated. The responsiveness in explaining the situation does not mean the situation can be treated as, but I do view that the owner has been responsive and I think that is a positive sign.
That being said, open communication is only one aspect of the expectations that we hold our affiliate program partners to. We expect that payments will go out on time and in accordance with the program's commitments. In this situation, there was a known delay with what appeared to be a foreseeable and identified end. The ownership transition has concluded, and I have been informed that an additional issue arose. When the end of the delay was believed to be known and was in sight, my approach was to acknowledge the transition process and make sure it was publicly known.
The situation has now changed so that there is not a solid specific timeframe anticipated for a resolution. Because of this, I had additional communication with the owner today and we mutually agreed that we would pause the Guru Revenue GPWA services. We will continue communicating with Guru Revenue to get the payment problems addressed, and only once they are addressed will services continue.
[As a note about timing, I was out of the office for the BAC and EiG events recently, and this is my first day back. This is an important issue to me and to everyone here, and I made it a priority to have this communication on my first day back.]

Steven for transparency purposes - the new owners of GuruPlay.com and GuruRevenu.com..
Does Smart Live Gaming now own them? - when you say owner you were speaking too..
Is that Henrik Piski (As far as i know he was the owner before) and now its shifted to SmartLiveGroup - same nameservers and control.
Grand Duke and Intpar now show Henril Piski as owner and I assume they sold Guru to SmartLive and are now running Grand Duke?
And the affiliate managers are working for both companies?
Just want to do a huge write up and do some press releases on all this and need facts.
Thanks
P.S. If in fact this is an issue related to Smart Live Gaming and not Henrik Piski then it needs to be known cause it appears at face value it was the previous owners who are scamming affiliates but after evaluating it some more it now appears Smart Live is scamming the industry.
This all ties into the whole INCOME ACCESS / SMART LIVE GROUP / GURUPLAY -- fiasco I had months ago with stats issues and really huge shady stuff going on - so it would be good to know the facts fully.
If indeed the previous owners of Guru are not at fault for these payment issues it would be good to know since they now own GrandDuke and run Intpar.com (INTEGRA) - rather confusing this whole issue - but i will keep on this for months and months endlessly to get facts.

In my notes referencing being in communication with the owner, I meant Henrik Piski. Henrik is the majority shareholder behind Guru Gaming. The ownership transition that was referenced recently was Henrik taking over majority ownership from his prior position as a minority shareholder.
Smart Live (Smart Gaming Group) is the white label provider that powers Guru Revenue. The funds that players deposit go directly to Smart Live because they are responsible for the casino operations. Player payments are handled entirely by Smart Live. On a periodic basis, Smart Live sends Guru Gaming funds for Guru's portion of the earnings. Affiliate payments and other marketing payments go through Guru Gaming.
I hadn't discussed Income Access involvement with Henrik. Income Access licenses out their affiliate tracking software, so my impression here is that IA is a tracking software provider in this case.

Oh thanks Steven! Now I understand!! Good informationHave got allot of other interesting info as well..
Sad they refuse to pay affiliates but continue to be able to take PLAYER $$$
I hope players do not have their money stolen but it looks like its leading that way
