Payments - Newbie Questions

Hey,

I posted my questions in the chatter box part of GPWA but then saw this forum and thought it might be worthwhile posting here too.... does anyone have any suggestions of who might be a good merchant account provider for a small poker room, I dont want to use Paypal, whether they would allow me or not, I am not a fan.

What makes any one company stand out.... I just keep hearing same old... how do I know what to look for - rate is obvious, but there are so many all offering different things - what actually really matters, I definitely need telephone support but what else should I look out for in choosing one?
