Payout Reports

I've been trying to get payout reports (percentages) but I could find nothing at the Sun Palace site. I chatted with the casino's live chat (transcript below) and apparently there are no published payout reports - is this correct?

Rob: y'know, payout reports.... percentages - every online casino has them :)
Mary: Our payout percentage is 95 percent

Rob: there are not monthly reports? i'm actually an affiliate - i need these for a review, they're normally easy to find on a casino's site

I dont think this is as uncommon as you may think. There are many brands that do not publish these. As you can see above you can send an email to security@sunpalacecasino.eu and request.

Hi, Jason - I've been looking into payout rates at the casinos listed at my site. Of the 29 casinos reviewed, only 8 of the 29 didn't publish payout rates so yeah, it's not exactly unique NOT to be publishing these reports but it definitely puts you in the minority. Do you know what the thinking is behind not publishing payout reports? Is it something that's not readily provided by RTG?
