You too have them on your site!!! Help! William Hill is everywhere on every (even small) sites about sports betting. How they do that!!!!
The most important is whether PayPal will start promoting gambling venues as "affiliate" !!?? If so, we all (affiliates) probably will earn less. Probably, they will dominate the mobile gambling payments. What do you think?
If gaming providers through they were missing out on PayPal being a payment gateway they would of incorporated it. I see many PayPal sites who go into grey areas to make it possible to be used.
My UK lottery sites: Health Lottery Results | Thunderball Results | Euromillions Results | Lotto Raffle Numbers | Irish Lottery Results
My other/new sites: Bingo Bouncer | Online Bingo Reviews | No Deposit Bingo
There are hundreds of affiliates that lost access to the PP payment system due to their aggressive approach and stance AGAINST gaming in the US.
The fact that they are making it clear that they will only process payment for "regulated" properties should be an indicator that dealing with them in a grey area is risky at best.
I have no intention of mixing PP with gaming in any way and suggest all US based affiliates to proceed with caution.

Assuming paypal would only exist for fully regulated markets like UK
PayPal are one of the most rogue useless companies going. Detest them.
True. I've had problems with them before and it took a lot of international calls to get it fixed.... as I opened it back when I lived in the US. I swear their customer service just reads things off templates and assure you the same thing over and over and over, until someone decides to actually help you.
Considering the amount of money involved when it comes to commissions, id rather deal with the bank or skrill than paypal. Also knowing the US Government, I wont be surprised if through a certain request, PayPal would allow them to take a peek at your account.
Well just an assumption. This is from 2012 "The U.S. Treasury said today that it has reached deals with both Switzerland and Japan that will allow the U.S.—with just a few extra steps—to get the comprehensive reporting of foreign bank accounts held by U.S. citizens required by the Foreign Account Tax Compliance Act (FATCA)."
And people thought Swiss bank accounts are untouchable.
Very informative thread....
I have to agree with xecutable I'd rather stick with Skrill than experience any problems with Paypal...not worth the risk.

OCR I'm sure you've had experience...so location is key....I had issues a little after I started to use them and didn't bother to continue...
So far I've been using Skrill for most of my transactions (payouts and receivables....gambling and non-gambling) as long as I keep my gambling and non-gambling sections straight I've had not one problem.
