Pending Payment since April (Resolved)

Hi,

I want to share my recent experience with 7Stars.

We are working with them for some years now and they always paid. Unfortunately almost never on time (20th working day the following month) - most 1-2 weeks later. But ok.

But now for some weeks now they don't pay us. We sent the invoice as usual at the beginning of the next month (in this case at the 5th April 2021). No payment received until May. We asked "our" affiliate manager several times. She wanted to check (ask the finance).

Another weeks without response I asked at the "Financial Department" and the general support from 7Stars by myself.
Got a quick reply "will be paid asap". This was 28th May 2021.

Since then again silence.

As I said it's not the first time that I have to ask about the payment. They are always late. But now its almost 2 months now and no real information about the payment...

Today I wrote another mail to finance and support. Let's see...

Yes, I got confirmation from one of your colleagues that the payment was made yesterday.

So looking forward that it will arrive my bank soon..


But still the question: Why is it every month that problem to pay on time?

I absolutely never got the payment within this 20 days! And I am an affiliate at 7stars since 2017.

EDIT:
I have to correct it. Until middle 2019 - when you were able to pay via skrill - it was almost always on time. But since then - payment only via bank - its always late.

Got the payment now.

Hopefully more "on time".. next time.

I have still not received my payment for June. I emailed my Affiliate Manager last week but so far no reply

I have still had no reply or payment.
I have only recently started working with 7Stars and this is the first payment I will be expecting, so they are certainly not getting off to a very good start. Can anyone else tell me what sort of experience they have had with this crowd because I would rather get rid of them sooner than later if they are going to be another program that you have to chase payments and wait for replies.

Also waiting again for the payment!

Although they promised me last time "it's getting better in future"...

Got the money today.

I have still not received the payment but I my Affiliate Manager Anna did get in contact with me to say it would be paid in the next few days, so lets wait and see

I am pleased to say that I have now also received my June commission.
Now let's see how long it takes for the July commission to be paid :)
