Pennsylvania's House Gaming Oversight Committee was supposed to vote on a bill that would regulate online gambling in the state on Wednesday, but the vote was delayed. Rep. John Payne, the author of the bill, says it's still on the table and could progress through a omnibus gambling bill.

Payne said an omnibus bill that could also include online lottery sales, slots at airports and regulated daily fantasy sports betting would likely be how regulated online casino gaming gets approved.
