    Default Play.casino / betchan / broaffiliates scam

    WARNING
    THIS IS A CLEAR SCAM!!!!

    Hello everybody

    Please dont promote PLAY.CASINO & BETCHAN... they are owned by Direx. N V
    they have several sites like; bitstarz, play.casino, betchan, betchain, queenspin and many other brands - BUT Im not sure they are cooperating together as Softswiss offers Whitelabel solutions - but are very interested to get Bitstarz explanation to the association during to the fact they are owned by the same company.

    Im an affiliate BUT a player as well and i test several sites before making reviews of the brand.. and i won 16000€ 2 days ago and today i got it all confiscated due to; Denmark is a restricted country.

    The funny thing is that Denmark wasnt a restricted country in the terms on Saturday but after my withdraws was pending they did also include Denmark.
    The funny thing is that they did only change the terms on the site i was winning on, all the other brands is only saying that France and Spain is restricted.

    In these 2 days while a had my withdraws pending they said " we cant process payments at the moment - this is a problem for all players ".

    so i got suspecious and checked all complaints from this brand on Askgamblers and they simply confiscate huge wins and gives reasons like " bonus abuse, and multiple accounts ".

    But i only have this 1 account and didnt take any bonuses and couldnt really be happy for my win because i just knew that they soon will give me a runaround.. i was sure that this payment wasnt going to be processed and i was right.

    The funny fact is that i made 3 small withdraws the last month and all got processed fast and documents approved including my Danish passport!

    They pay you small amounts but when you win huge and your winnings are higher than your deposits they just make things up and confiscate all winnings!

    I have submitted a complaint at askgamblers ( not because i think it will help much ) but then a can link the complaint once its been approved and then show all proofs of withdraw history, terms before and after my withdraw INCLUDING a screenshot of the support telling me that customers from Denmark IS allowed before i got my win.

    When a casinos license is from Curacao i always take screenshots of everything!

    Im an average affiliate ( i consider myself ) and always test casinos before making a review because i hope that my affiliate portals would be trusted and preferred by customers because of the honest reviews i make.


    There is simply NO other site in this case - it is what it is - and all of these brands from this company should be blacklisted at any affiliates websites who also ( like me ) are willing to provide their players with trustful information.

    What kind of story would this company provide me if i was a german resident?

    Once the complaint at Askgamblers is publish i will link to the complaint so everybody can see the proofs.

People who know me in here would maybe tell me Im unlucky during to my last post regaring missing affiliate payments from MyBet also.. and Yes Im maybe just to unlucky - but Im lucky to have a good and solid relationship with others.. and Im think about making a thread of the trustful programs and brands i know and which to avoid.. and this program is... hmm rouge are not a big enough word ) Its pure scam

    Hello guys,

    I'd like to warn you all about brands connected with Bro Affiliates: LimoPlay, Betchan, Play.Casino (owned by Direx NV). I'm their player and affiliates (the same account). I have never had issue with playing, payments, deposits, etc. till now.

    Yesterday I decided to make a deposit and play as usual. I was lucky this day and won 11,038.73 EUR (as seen in the screen: http://oi66.tinypic.com/erfk7n.jpg). After that I have contacted them via Live Chat to process my withdrawals, and... they said:

    SUMMARY

    As you can see guys, they are really insolent and don't want to respect your legitimate winnings. When you loose your deposit/commission everything is ok, till you win substantial amount. It's not the first case, I have seen loads of complaints about these casinos on AskGambers. It's better to stay away from these clowns.

    As promiesed, I'm going to make it worse by blackisting their brands and perform NEGATIVE marketing campaigns and warn affilaites on gambling conferences.

    We don't want such weeds in our graden!

    Omg?? No they did not change the management..
    They are just scammers..
    I also got paid but it was because of pressure from SoftSwiss and Curacao, but these people only wants to rip off people, and when someone wins big, they just make up some terms against the player...
    Search all the different complaints on AG, and see.. poor players dont have a chance to get a settlement!

    Even the customer support lie to you, if you ask about their association with the other brands (play.casino, das ist casino, betchan and limoplay).
    Its the same chat, and same queue, and nicknames for support, but they won't admit is the same person i chatting with in different chats.. So hilourious
    but all brands tell me to contact the same affiliate e-mail adress...

    FreeSpins.. even if you got your money, dont trust them! They know you are an affiliate, and you had all your evidence, so they changed your mind and paid you, and fooled you with a lie..

    These people are scammers!
