By the way, regarding the US market, many companies are doing come back to several US countries
bwin.party will start accepting some US players at Party Casino starting Novemebr 2013, I think 888 is already available in some countries and soon Playtech will start too.
The casino online regulation process in the US is very slow but its moving forward, some states have decided to give a "limited license" for up to 10 years for example... but again it'll take few more months until we see some value from these players from a regulated US stats.
