Attached is the total player data for the player you told me self-excluded last September.

Now either this player has won everytime they played which begs why they would self-exclude with such a winning streak or there is another problem with the porting or calculating of data. Either way it doesn't look right especially when I compare it to another players' data.

IMO There is no way those gross revenue values should be consistently so low.

We already know the postive bonus money value on 9/11/2011 lauched a major IA investigation and the data for the New Games Tab (from player 2365309) was not even being ported over. I'm surprised other affiliates aren't concerned.

I'm not sure the reluctance in proving otherwise. Surely it should not take months and post after post to find what the issue is.
