    Thumbs down (Player accuses) GoldVIPClub stole $8,200 in Winnings

    What can be done about the situation with GoldVIP casino? They just locked my account and confiscated winnings of $8,200 from my account.

    Here are the details:
    I made the following deposits to Goldvipclub thru my credit card. CC Purchases totaled $2798.77.

    Most deposits did not have any bonus attached. On the last deposit of $524.94 (no bonus taken), I hit a bonus round playing TRex (see attachment) that paid $10,863. I also posted a screenshot of this hit on the website at latestcasinobonuses.com

    All the deposits I made totaled $2,800.00. On April 2, 2011, I withdrew the entire $11K. I played a bit more after April 2,2011 since money was in "Pending stage" and had the balance up to $11,700. Gold VIP sent me a payment of $700.00 on April 20, 2011. The balance in the account after this was approx. 11K. This casino states on their website that they will pay $2,000 every 10 business days. Note that their business days don't include Thursdays or Fridays. They deal with U.S. customers, so I have no idea why they have this rule in place other than to stall the payouts (finance dept does not work on Thur-Sun). Additionally, after they approve the pending withdrawl, they place the money back into your account balance and therefore you have to make another withdrawl. I'm sure they're hoping you'll gamble this away.

    After they approved my payout for only $700, there was a series of emails and phone conversations that took place . During the week of April 18th, I received a call from their payment processor (Global Systems) that "I complained too much" and they were going to credit all my transactions back to the credit card. I then called GoldVIP to find out they locked the account on April 20th. This time they said that the account "had chargebacks". None of this was true because all of the transactions were paid by me in March and the casino did process one payout ($700). All of this was an effort to not pay the total winnings due.

    On April 22, 2011, I checked my CC statement and the processor credited all 6 transactions I paid the casino in March 2011. Unbelievable! It's as if they wanted to pretend I never played there which was only because I won.

    In summary, this is what GoldVIPclub casino still owes:
    Balance in account at time of account closure = $11,000 (this includes the payment of $700 they made)

    Less credits to credit card = (2,799)

    BALANCE DUE = $8,201

    I would appreciate any help you can provide or guidance because it is casinos like this that give the entire industry a terrible reputation. I had previously played at this casino prior to this fiasco and they did make a payment of $500 in the past and also assigned a casino host to my account who had sent a gift to my home. I didn't have a problem with them before, but I suspect it's because they were only obligated to a small payout. They are in a rogue class of the worst kind. I can honestly say, I never experienced anything like this and will do everything possible to make this right.

    If there's anything else you need from me supporting my case, please let me know as I've saved a lot of documents.

    well what can you do, .... why this ******* casinos are still around ? ... can t bulive it ... that`s why i`m not promoting this shity casinos.... they should pay u with full amount not in pieces ...

    don`t stop ! post on many forums as you can lol this will hurt them ! what i do not understand why nobody replyed to this thread till now ....

    shame on you all ... affiliates ... you should help and come together and to do not let this bastards get away ...

    First of all, YOU are posting in a thread that is over a year old and unless the player returns and updates us here, we have no way of knowing whether this was even a valid issue or if it was resolved.

    There just happens to be a very very long list of very caring individulas here, players AND affiliates as well as a fairly long list of affiliate management personel and we often come together and help people....

    How about shame on you for digging up old posts (especially those posted by a hit-and-run non-member and by those that could not even be bothered by ever posting again) because you think it might make you look better.

    The above MAY have been a valid case, and the player may have been due his payout, but since they disappeared immediately after the post, unless someone knows whether this case was handled by someone here or APCW, Meisters, GG, etc... we don't know if it was even valid.

    I think things are moving too slowly (if there is any move at all) when people come here to settle a matter against a casino.

    For example, I was accused of having 3 accounts with one casino (WinPalace) in the (rogue - just not here) Affactive group.

    I have desperately asked in one thread I`ve opened here on GPWA to see which was the so claimed (by Mr. liar Daniel) 3 usernames from WinPalace I`ve been accused that I have registered and their date when that happened, because Mr. Daniel said that my 3rd account was registered somewhere in September 2011 and this was causing my ban at Affactive group. I am dead sure Mr. Daniel is a BIG LIAR, and I have CHAT LOGS SAVED to back me up !!!

    I have contacted TWICE Mr. Rick (universal4 - via PM) and Mr. Anthony to dig this problem for me with Mr. Daniel in order to see who is right and who is telling lies. I even have agreed to PUBLICLY apology to Mr. Daniel if I am found in the wrong. They DID NOTHING !!! (and passed about half a year)

    All I`ve got was a response (PM) from Mr. Rick that he will be busy during March and so he can not dig my issue with Mr. Daniel. I`ve replied him via PM with a reminder in May and I am still to get a response as of now, in July. All PM`s were read, but yet got no responses to my issue after HALF A YEAR !!!

    I did said I have registered with 5 emails at four different casinos. - I never signed up for their newsletter ! SO I SHOULD NEVER RECEIVE ANY SPAM !

    I also said somewhere that I registered a duplicate account with WinPalace AT THEIR ADVICE/REQUEST ! - Why not to scream at their incompetence ?

    I was accused of registering a 3rd account at WinPalace in September 2011 which I am not aware and I am looking to see proof of it from Mr. Daniel.
