This must be one hell of a lucky player!
It is very unusual but it can happen, however the part I would query with the casino is the sudden appearance of the player in terms of not showing a registration or 1st deposit. That seems very weird to me.

The best advice I can give you is to query it with the Aff Manager and see what they have to say about this player.

I've seen this with some RTG brands...

Seems to me to be a way of eliminating payment to affiliates... No one is that lucky.
When I last questioned a program(c-planet) about this I was told it was a cheating group of players.
I just thought it was funny that a poor little affiliate like me caught the big bad cheaters when the professional casino security guys didn't even get a red flag... (in case you missed the sarcasm... I didn't believe them.)

Personally I would drop them and move on.

If after one week the aff manager does not reply... they don't care... the longer they can keep you sending traffic the better for them... so don't expect them to act quickly on anything.

Why would you want to keep sending them traffic?

Send the traffic to a program that will not cheat you.

    Hi Oyropa,

We have looked into the players entire history and laying patterns and there is nothing suspicious at all. In fact he's not that big of a winner compared to some other players. He recently has had a hot streak and has won bunch of bets but there is nothing unusal about his betting habits or patterns. Therefore this player is just a winner of late. He registered back in November 2010 and made his first deposit at that time as well.

This is just the nature of the business we are in, sometimes players win sometimes they loose and this is the risk we take. As for your affiliate manager not responding, I spoke to her she received no emails or phone calls from you. I would really prefer that you first approach your affiliate manager when it comes to such matters. If you would prefer to work with someone else like I have offered in the past I will have your account moved to a differnt account manager.

Players win sometimes, and at times they win quite a bit more than what they deposited or bet, that is why it's called gambling.

Sometimes when players win, whether it be a jackpot, or a good hit on a series of free spins or a nice bonus round, sometimes they will change their play style a bit and bet even more aggressively and if they happen to be on a winning streak their account balances can grow quite fast.

I personally had a player at a different Playtech a few years ago that won for about 6 months straight, and I was shocked to see the negative figure climb like it did month after month, and it was always the same player.

Eventually that players luck changed and he eventually played off a pretty good portion of what he had won.

Now I do not know if that is what happened in this case, but it IS possible.

I think what is worrying the OP is that he can't find a reg date for the player or a 1st deposit date for the player

EP said "He registered back in November 2010 and made his first deposit at that time as well." Oyropa would have to confirm that.

The idea that a player can beat the House edge on a regular basis over time... is not NOT possible, if it were possible to beat the House Edge on a regular basis... no casino would be in business...

Yes winning is possible, even big wins, even several big wins... but for a player to win regularly and consistently... there is some cheating going on somewhere.

I am not saying that this group is double dealing, I have no idea if they are or not. Although the evidence presented against them is rather damning, IMO.

But I have seen and have personal experience with several other casinos(that take US Players) that use this underhanded method (phony winning player) to reduce or eliminate the commission paid to affiliates.

loto0, you do have a point. Yes, the house always wins in the end, but it's not always the case on the sports betting side. I have had a sports bettor win on a consistent basis for years and I have had a black jack player win more than he lost. It does happen, not often, but it does occur. I'm just saying not every win streak is the affiliate program ripping you off. That brings me to your another point, if you don't trust a program, then you shouldn't be promoting them. It really does come down to that.

I admit I don't have a lot of experience with sports betting and I know the House edge is quite different than casino betting, which is where my experience is.

However, a regular (almost)daily winner should draw the attention of the security people and competent management should expect an inquiry by the affiliate that is involved.

I agree with Anthony... It is all about trust.

    Hi,

First I would like to give Oyropa the exact date this player joined - November 26, 2010. He joined Titan Bet and made his first deposit on the same day. Sports betting is very different from Casino. He might be on a winning streak and we keep a close watch on all players that have such a streak and look into their play. This particular player is not doing anything wrong, he is just being smart about his bets and winning. This is all a part of working in this business. Now he might be winning big but tomorrow maybe he will loose big there is no predicting what will happen.

All our security is very tight and we work with Playtech software which is one of the most secure in this business, we have a great fraud system and we also personally check players who have winning streaks. There is nothing shady going on here, Oyropa just got a player who actually is having some luck.
