Default Please comment on my current affiliate status and results.

Hello! I would like to introduce myself, I work in the market of one of the V4 countries as a subsidiary (I don't want to give up my incognito, sorry, but this might give you a hint since all 4 countries have similar regulations and strictness), bringing traffic with Facebook ads, converting it into newsletter subscribers, and mainly advertising through newsletters, bonuses, promotions, sports events, free bets, and no-deposit bonuses.

Additionally, there used to be SEO traffic as well, but unfortunately, it's over now since websites containing affiliate links are being blocked. Apart from this, there's traffic from Facebook groups (10,000 members, not very active) and Telegram (nearly 2,000 members, also not very active). Currently, I have ~10,500 email subscribers, 80% of whom are interested in sports betting and 20% in casinos. I've tried to acquire traffic through various ad networks, with push and pop traffic, such as RichAds, AdCash, PopAds, both direct affiliate links and with prelanders, but with little success. It felt like a waste of money no matter the method or settings. I'm aware that SEO + Google PPC are the best traffic sources, and sometimes even Facebook, but unfortunately, due to restrictions and high entry costs (PPC), I can't really afford them. Over 1.5 years of work (part-time, not full focus), I managed to achieve the following numbers promoting 14 different brands, in total: ~3,400 registrations, 370 FTDs.

Among these, there are two relatively "whale" players compared to the country's standards, one of whom wins but generally loses more on sports bets, while the other plays in the casino and only occasionally bets, in the thousands of euros per month. However, about half of the FTDs come from one place, which is a significant brand and market leader in the country. Also, I probably messed up by advertising too many no-deposit bonuses and similar offers; surely about 1,000 registrations come from them, and perhaps 50 FTDs. After 1.5 years, the project became minimally profitable (around 500-700 EUR net income per month), mainly thanks to hybrid deals, but currently, I'm at a loss about what to do next...

Should I continue with my market and try to reach 30-40,000 newsletter subscribers to achieve even better results and reinvest more into marketing, or should I look for an easier market in Europe, or maybe elsewhere in the world where I can employ those marketing channels (SEO, PPC, FB) from which I can acquire more FTDs? I also thought about banner and other advertisements on porn sites, with prelanders before the landing page, and I'm waiting for a bigger boost due to EURO 2024, where perhaps I can achieve better results and provide an extra boost, both as motivation and as a marketing budget for further endeavors.

I welcome any advice, thoughts, constructive criticism, and ideas, and I sincerely thank you in advance!

It will be difficult to provide more specific guidance and suggestions without more information, site url's, geo's you target etc.

Up to you, but you mentioned "free bets, and no-deposit bonuses", and while traffic from such can be larger, a lower percentage of those looking for free bets are willing to "pay" for a bet pr make a real deposit. (this can be effective to some degree, but has it's own caveats)

Having the email subscriber base you do, certainly can be nurtured and provide more revenue. Maybe continue to try different offers and additional brands.

You came to the right place to ask the series of questions you have, and may well get the advice to help you make the right choices in direction to go to help you achieve your goal.

It's hard to give you proper advice without more information. In my opinion, Facebook ads can be a headache and may not always yield worthwhile results. Newsletters can be a powerful resource, but not all subscribers are the same, so don't just focus on the number of subscribers but the quality of those subscribers—those who are more likely to convert. I also offer no-deposit bonuses, but they can be tricky. It's crucial to ensure they encourage players to spend money.

Overall, I believe it's more effective to focus on what is bringing you more revenue and conduct some tests rather than trying multiple approaches simultaneously. If you share your site, I'd be happy to take a look at it.
