    Interesting to see how this pans out, the increase in deductions has been pretty noticeable since POCT was imposed for us.

    Will the operators hand back whats due to the affiliates though?

    Was just saying the same thing here, perhaps some of the bigger players might do but I wouldn't be holding my breath!

    I think that the POCT is valid. The challenge will fail.
    These attempts to hide tax in low tax / no tax jurisdictions is a complete shambles and not defensible.

    And yes - I am ALSO talking about You-tube / Google / Apple/ Facebook / Twitter and any other multi-national company that wants to do business in an area, advertising, and employing staff, and then pretending that there are no profits.
