Most of the questions posted in this thread were answered. A quick summary -- Europartners was relatively satisfied with the stats software, but unhappy with the responsiveness of the vendor who implemented and maintained the stats system. They've changed vendors as a result of not being able to provide the fixes affiliates need. The new vendor is in place, and they hope to have the key issues fixed within 2 months. Marc also said that they would be more responsive in the forums moving forward, and asked for suggestions to improve the stats package.

I decided not to comment on these posts because I have a somewhat biased opinion as we work with Titan or should I say supply them, but I think there a few things that should be noted.
One from personal side I have had the pleasure of meeting with Marc and few others in person on a few occasions and they truly willing to invest both time and money into their affilaite program to provide what they feel is the best tools for affilaites to do their job. The new back end is the best example, I doubt the decided to change to create a opportunity to screw affiliates, this was something that was supposed to help everyone involved, not it dont go as planned and people right fully fed up, but intent to harm is kinda being paranoid.
The other thing is Marc holds a very senior job at very big company, I used to work for a very big company and I can tell you their is no way in hell that the VP of marketing would put his REAL email address and I guarantee its real out there for everybody to "potentially" in the world to get and abuse.
The VP of Marketing is here available and accountable which is in my books very remarkable and should be duly noted going forward.
Marc said he gets 1000 emails a day, now thats real emails not spam, that is a pretty clear and reasonable reason for the delay or lack of response.
Anyways EP still has to execute on their promises the issues have to be resolved but I personally am confident it will do so, as quickly as possible.

Yes it's good to be able to contact high up the chain - but I have that ability with most UK / European sites we work with.
Actually it's not reasonable.
It explains the dealy - but it's not reasonable that a serious internet affiliate program allows this situation to develop. This shows that there is no structure underneath Marc effectively handling the load.
Allocating 4-5 minutes per email (assuming that deleting is not an option), we can quickly see that expecting anyone to handle more than about 100 REAL emails per day is impossible.
So why is the mistake perpetuated and the mismatch between requests and support allowed to continue? Why do 1000 people a day feel that they need to email Marc to get any visability at EP?
Where is the email support group, and generic mail routing rules to enable EP to handle the bulk of the internet requests that are coming in?
No wonder affiliates like GOK are frustrated with the lack of response - and the VP of Marketting thinks that the situation is acceptable because he's personally overwhelmed by email ??

I really think its a mistake to try and use 1000 emails a day as proof that there is something very wrong with the way they do business.
I mean does he get 1000 pms a day here at GPWA, people are clearly abusing his contact information, this is exactly why you would not see any other business have a senior staffer have their main work email address available to everyone.
There is a technical issue with their backend and they are trying to work it processes to deal with it temporarily while a permanent fix is made.
Focus on solutions, because there is nothing that can be done to change what happened.

I have, but for the most part I am trying to stay out of it because I never did promote Titan in the past and now I work with them with Trebax so it was really not my place.
All I really wanted to say is that I dont think they are up to anything deliberate here and from my dealings with them they do invest a lot of money and time into the affiliate network and want it to be successful.
Here and now there is not a lot that can be done about the past, we all want rooms to be accountable and they are here trying to be. You can not change the past but you can learn from it and from the pod cast it seems they have.
Most of us agree they weren't doing anything deliberate. The problem is they weren't doing anything... Regardless of how much money has been invested and obviously they want it to be successful, it doesn't change the fact the money appears to have been directed to the wrong areas.
It's all very well to preach about focusing on the future, can't change the past etc, I've been a consultant and can play consultant bingo as well as anyone else. The problems of the past need to be acknowledged so they aren't repeated. At the end of the day though, the issues have to be addressed and history tells us that despite many promises to help over the last eight months, they haven't.
Marc's effort in sitting down to do the podcast is appreciated. Now is the time to do the work to fix the problems.

Just to be clear.
I get a lot of emails where I am on CC.
Not every mail requires a response from me.
A lot of these are threads between employees.
We do have an effective structure working below me, as well as routing and generic email addresses.
I think this thread is starting to focus on the wrong aspect of this discussion.
How many emails I get is not the point here.
Marc
