Prior month marketing costs - Does negative carry over exist?
Hey guys,
Last month a player won 80k which put my account at -27,000k for the month. Now my affiliate program says that there is no negative carry over.
This month my affiliate account was instantly slapped with the exact amount of Net Rev as the previous month (-$79,230.20) in this months "Prior months marketing costs" section. I was lead to believe that there was no negative carry over and that every month you started with a clean slate.
I've highlighted in the T&C's what they state, the home page where they state no negative carry over and a screen shot of the actual report. If anyone else has experienced this I would love if they could shed some light OR if they know what's going on.

Sad to hear that your in the red zone right now. I think it would carry over until you are able to recover all of that negative amount. Maybe it would take you a couple of months before you exit the red zone.

I assume you have emailed your aff manager?
Best guess is they have some sort of high roller policy which has applied to this player....
