I haven't had any problems with Gold Rock. And I've found them to be very easy to contact, and communicate with. I'm not sure why you're having trouble.
How late is your payment? Are you sure you have a payment due, met the minimum, etc? If you can't reach Daniel, try contacting the affiliate manager, Stephan. He's very quick to reply about things like this.
As far as tagging goes, I know from past situations where a casino has changed software like this, it can be a nightmare for them. Sometimes it can be very complicated for the operators, depending on what software they're coming from and switching to. I think we need to be a little patient while they're still sorting out the move.
I'm promoting Gold Rock, and have been treated well.
