Well this has now blown up outside the industry in terms of news and some affiliate managers both publicly and privately are going to call it a day at CAP

A multi million pound business is fast going down the drain, it is quite sad to see this unfold like this but in all fairness they have brought this on themselves.

Do not be surprised if certain figures in this industry are working behind the scenes to find a resolution to this, one that is satisfactory to everyone both at CAP and affiliates alike.

Dont think we know half of what is going on behind closed doors

Sorry but this was just too funny not to share, so please pause for a laugh and a half ...

    The Professors Frantic 911 Call

Dispatcher: 911, what is your emergency?

Professor: Hello?! I'd like to report a robbery!

    Dispatcher: What was stolen sir?

Professor: Me and a couple buddies have been stealing from the industry by charging ridiculous "certification" fees and running a rogue cardroom. We made millions off these scams. But now my partners in crime went and took all the money we stole, and left me with nothing, THAT'S NOT RIGHT!

Dispatcher: So they stole the money you stole, sir?

Professor: Why are you accusing me? What did I do to deserve this? I have a family of elderly infirmed people to care for, and I've got the club foot and the avian flu, how could they do this to me?! How can you condone this?!

Dispatcher: Sir, we're sending a squad car over to pick you up

Professor: YOU AREN'T LISTENING TO ME!!! 40% OF THAT STOLEN MONEY BELONGS TO ME, WHAT IS WRONG WITH YOU PEOPLE?

*squad car arrives and escorts Professor away in cuffs*

    Professor: My house, MY HOUSE!

Hey Arkyt, glad you found my post on the other boards funny mate. The Professor crying foul I find very irksome.

The guy did all these things to other people, stealing from them, covering it up, silencing them through hidden bannings, thread locking & deletions, etc.

And now he expects people to feel sorry for him because things are unraveling? The guy has zero remorse, accepts no responsibility, etc.

He blames everything on those around him, tries to demonize anyone who questions him, and wants support from those he screwed over.

He's the type of person that could punch you 20 times in the face, but if you smacked him back once he'd say YOU were the one who was being unreasonable.

Professor, you made your bed, now lie in it.

Now that we learn about lou being a minority shareholder, this looks like a typical "Toss out the founder" move by the people currently running the business. Lou took the public stance, went overboard in london and created a situation where locking him out of the company becomes a reasonable thing to do. Steve Jobs, Tom Seybold, etc..... many others have seen similar things happened, sometimes wrongly, sometimes rightly.

Whatever the truth, whether or not lou was setup by warren, the public record has lou seemingly out of control in London and making CAP a 3 Ring Circus and Warren trying to make peace in London. Whether or not Lou is a minority shareholder, his rights to his share of profits need to be respected, but unfortunately after that i'm not sure he has any legal legs to stand on

I don't take a lot of glee in watching this happen at a community i enjoyed being part of, just like i didn't like it here, years ago when that was going on. I don't like us doing our business/housecleaning in public.

I've heard rumors that a large group of programs are working on something.... thanks for confirming it.

I honestly think CAP is finished... PAP has already died down to a few regular posters... GPWA and PAL appear to be the direction you should all be going!

Thats exactly the storyline that "CAP" would want everyone to follow. No doubt the next lines will be that Warren is going to pay Lou off and that Lou will no longer be involved with CAP so thus its worth saving ... are you really going to fall for that?

I hope GPWA is watching everything closely and is truly working on a plan that will benefit the industry instead of a select few.

Amcam is spot on the sad truth is when Lou sold and went to the Corp side of things he gave up is rights as the soul decision maker and took on the responsibility of other Board Of Directors , one person on the board cannot be allowed to damage a business in anyway which in return will cause harm to the other partners. I told a few friends back when this happened that it was going to be all bad in the end when there is not a more personable owner but many to answer too. I am so against Corps but I am all for the community of CAP and us affiliates, I would not abandon my friends.

Section 7. Removal of Directors. A director may be removed for the causes stated in these bylaws by a majority of the directors in office not counting the director to be removed. A director may be removed without cause by a two-thirds vote of the directors in office, excluding the director to be removed. Notice of the meeting must be given that states that the removal of a director is to be considered at that meeting. A director may be removed for the following causes: repeated failures to attend Board meetings, failing to fulfill the duties required of directors, or intentional acts or omissions, that a prudent person could reasonably have foreseen would seriously damage the reputation or interests of the corporation.

Do you have the evidence that Lou and Warren kidnapped the Lindburgh baby too?

    What's with you Arkyt?
Everything is a giant conspiracy to you and you think your the only one capable of seeing the truth?

Thanks for repeatedly telling us not believe anything and how we have to shutdown CAP, I'm sure none of us can reach our own conclusions.

Thats right I have great insight on just about everything - its a gift and a curse.

And yes I have plenty of evidence that will come out in time - these latest issues aren't anything!

    Default Cap

CAP do some great stuff, but people are just people. No one person or company is perfect. CAP have had more issues late last year and early this year than they care to remember. As they say, time to move forward. It's a good thing that there are a number of industry forums to help keep balance and perspective. Overall, I am very impressed with CAP, and the same holds true for me with GPWA and CasinoMeister. I hope this input adds to the discussion.
