I was a little disappointed with my results (not with this program). I'm thinking that most people who were interested in betting on the Kentucky Derby were not willing to jump through hoops to bet on one single game.

My traffic jumped about 1000% over about a 3-4 day period thanks to the race... But, I think I had a whopping one signup as a result. It's just hard with US traffic right now - so many obstacles to overcome.

You state that you offer some sort of sub-level and yet I could not find this defined in your terms and conditions. If an affiliate chooses revenue share, what percentage is paid for sub affiliates?

Could you also explain #13 in the terms?

Are you stating that if I choose to remove a banner off a front page top position(or any other page) to an inner page or remove from a particular site due to poor performance that I must ask you permission to do so?

    Hi,

I didnt realize section 13 was so unreasonable. It is now been changed to:

    13. Continued Promotion

You shall use your best efforts to incorporate and display the correct and most up-to-date links provided by us on your website, newsletter, or any method of marketing, in a manner and location agreed by us. You shall not alter the form or operation of the links without our prior written consent.

    ***
Essentially we want to be able to ask an affiliate to remove links from pages we find inappropriate and also make sure that affiliates are responsible for keeping the most up-to-date links.

For sub affiliates we pay 2% of their commissions. Its listed in the faqs on this page:
    http://horseprofits.com/faq.php

If you have any further questions, please dont hesitate to ask.

    Best Regards
    Aaron

Not sure about this - Do you expect webmasters to contact horseprofits before placing banners. Please elaborate about the manner and location agreed by us part.

We do not expect webmasters to contact us before placing banners. What it means is this:

We want to be able to ask an affiliate to remove links from pages we find inappropriate. Such as porn, spam and etc.

    Best Regards

Sounds fair enough. Not sure what the need is for the gobbledeygook.
