That is NOT what the GPWA code of conduct says!
4.AFFILIATE COMPLAINTS
Sponsor will promptly respond to any complaint forwarded by the GPWA or by a GPWA affiliate member on behalf of the affiliate or on behalf of a visitor to a website operated by the affiliate. If the complaint alleges the Sponsor Companies failed to comply with these terms the Sponsor agrees the Sponsor Companies will either provide reasonable evidence of compliance with these terms, or offer a fair resolution of the complaint.
Clearly GPWA is merely protecting its income again!
Yah, go ahead and moderate this out of the forum too Anthony - LMAO, GPWA is an industry cancer!
As indicated earlier, there are a lot of different questions being raised here and I don't want any of this stuff getting lost based on how many different pieces there are to it. I'd initially expected to have clear responses quickly and was waiting on the responses before separating out the topics, but I am going ahead and separating them out even though there are still a lot of loose ends.
Here are links to each area:
- Licensing confirmation (jurisdiction, entities involved)
- Software fairness
- Intellectual property (game design, program name)
- Geographic focus / language (role in determining whether to work with a given company)
- Owner's prior involvement in industry
- Report from Jamie about decision-making process on whether to work with them

Is anyone promoting this casino?
Has anyone tested both softwares?
Ok so i think Marin has now answered most of the concerns that were asked. Is it now safe to start promoting this brand. I want to give them the benefit of the doubt, but don't want to be considered a bad affiliate if i do. What is GPWA's position on this now.
The questions seem to have been answered in Affiliate4you own forum section here.
Probably best Jamie, but will it be believable?

I am starting to wonder, They brought a media campaign from us and I am contemplating refunding their money, I want to see their response and also get feedback from GPWA when they have finished investigating. I have placed there campaign on hold until they respond and answer the concerns raised here.
I also feel that GPWA should do the same, Place there sponsorship on hold pending the investigation. That would be the right process to take in this matter.
I first thought it may have just been a language barrier but maybe not. I won't mention the trouble i have had dealing with someone that barely speaks English. I don't mean any disrespect to them, but if your going to enter an affiliate market in English they should at least have a clear speaking English Representative.
The communication i have had with them is very eye opening and in my opinion unprofessional. When i notified them they should respond here the person i was dealing with just wanted their money back. So that a.) Tells me they are trying to cover something or b.) English breakdown.
After spending 1 hour talking to them via skype i was outraged.
That doesn't also explain why they choose to get other affiliates to chase up their media deals on their behalf, I had my thread about this moved to their affiliate program section if you need refreshing.
Keep me updated if you find anything else out. Because their response will be the decision making for us to proceed with their campaign or not.

So affiliate4you made the slots graphics and not b3w is this correct statement?
Sorry further to add:
Marin, hope you are wellI just overlooked the conversation we had on skype two days ago, and in part of the conversation you commented that http://casino2sale.com/ was your selling site that anyone can buy a casino from? Is this correct? If so wouldn't you have the ability to change these settings?
Also Marin no disrespect, but any questions or answers you want to share with me regarding the concerns on this site can be posted in this thread. You don't need to private message me with answers when they should be posted here. I will not post what you just sent me without your permission, but please answer them in here rather than contacting me privately please.
The only reason we need to talk privately is regarding our arrangement with the campaign. Which will be on hold until you post answers on the GPWA to the questions in this thread.
Yup just received a message. He should be posting on here as the concerns were started in here. I don't think there is anything wrong in me saying, I just got told we have to wait for answers regarding the firm who tested the software as he doesn't know how long they have been testing.
Clearly they should have done research into the company that tests their software.![]()
So just to summarize...
* We have GPWA still promoting this program with flashing banners that I just saw at the top of the forum and/or home page...can't remember...
* We have affiliates, (not you yet) but others I am sure that have already signed up to this program and are actively promoting...
* We have the affiliate managers that apparently don't really know as much as some of us do about their own casinos and softwares and what proper RNG testing really means...
All this going on... while at the same time we and even more importantly the GPWA themselves are all still trying to get professional answers from the affiliate program managers.
Now, what is wrong with that picture?
I cannot for the life of me figure out why the GPWA continues to promote this program while all of these important concerns and issues are still left unanswered.
The GPWA should have done what you did Jamie and put the promotion on hold until clear cut and transparent, professional answers were/are given that satisfy the concerns of the GPWA membership here.
