With the request and agreement of Affiliate4you.org, we have suspended the program's sponsorship services. The forum section has been moved to the "Other Affiliate Programs" area and continues to be open to new posts in order to allow discussion on the outstanding issues.
I've posted an announcement about this at https://www.gpwa.org/forum/affiliate...ed-199981.html.

I'm glad to hear about the suspension, but I hope this does not end the investigation of these guys. I know I'm a little late to this thread, but one thing is gnawing at me and that is b3w. I seem to remember some really nasty stuff, several years ago. Before I post more about it, I want to do some digging, so that I'm 100% on the facts, but from what I recall, it was pretty bad.
I DO have a couple questions, in the interim...
Why on earth would an affliate program use a .org extension? Right off the top, I see 1000 red flags with the .org. Just seems slithery to me. Of course, it does lend a bit more creedence to the issue The Boy Mitchell brought up over a month ago:
Just seems that this group was unable to obtain the .com for this, but they wanted to have something so close to the affiliates(plural)4U and the singular was taken--this was just the next best thing. Of course, I could be wrong, but regardless--using a .org for this sort of business is clearly not right.Um.... sorry to come into this late, but your domain is *awfully* close to the UK's largest Affiliate forum, which covers all verticals, not just gaming.
Its called www.affiliates4u.com - and personally I think there is enough potential for them to think that you are trading on their name. Especially when you say the name as opposed to write it.
Affiliates4U do Europe wide seminars, conferences and courses. its also a massive forum and website. It seems a little cheeky to me.
I had a look at some of the casino sites and noticed popular music being played throughout. It may seem like a trivial issue in all this, but it really isn't. It calls into question whether this group is using this music by agreement (i.e., paying royalties to publishing--BMI or ASCAP) or are they just lifting the music? I'm having difficulty believing artists such as Ke$ha or Robbie Williams are in agreement to have their music played on these casino's sites. Just doesn't ring right.
If this is being done spuriously (I have my suspicions), then this brings us back to the issue of intellectual property and of course, ethics. Whether stealing content, graphics or music, it's all the same. Theft is theft.

Just wanted to update the thread to let everyone know I'm continuing in communication with Marin and Petr about the concerns. I sent over a set of 19 questions a week ago. The music track was part of the set of questions I had about their apparent violation of copyright requirements.
I received a partial reply that answered some questions but left many to be answered and raised even more questions. I've asked them to respond to the rest of the question document since there were many parts left without response.

It seems affiliate 4 you has disappeared. It can no longer be accessed?
Ok, I feel this has had long enough. A vote needs to be arranged to remove them totally. They have been too deceitful and given nothing but delay tactics. Steven do you have any updates with this. Can a vote please be arranged this week please.
and a Big Thanks to AussieDave for pointing so much of this out as soon as Affiliate4You.org became a Sponsor
