Default Quick Think Affiliates T&C Change

    Email from quickthinkaffiliates

    Hi everyone,

Please note that we have recently made some changes to our Terms & Conditions, in particular changes to Section 6 and Schedule 1. We have displayed Schedule 1 below.

We believe that these changes are beneficial to both parties moving forward.
    http://www.quickthinkaffiliates.co.uk/terms.html

They put in mistake all their subscribers list on CC.... and this is the response of one of the affiliates: "Why on earth were we all cc'd in on an email!! 'QuickThink', I would try to Think a little slower next time, crazy mistake to make..."

And other affiliate has replied to them with the following:

"The second retrospective change to terms and conditions after adding a 'High Roller Clause' to avoid paying earnings that affiliates (including myself) were owed under your old terms. This is very bad for affiliates...why do you claim it is a good thing?"

I have edited and approved your post as you copied and pasted the entire email including the formatting from your email program (which forced the post into the moderation que) instead or ONLY the text.

Sorry I think the first sentence disappeared.

I agree any affiliate rep that foolishly uses the cc or bcc just makes himself and the program look bad and really does a dis-service to all of us.
