Very funny new technique :evillaug:. Imagine the faces of the spammers after 30th email......LOL
Unfortunately all that would do is verify your email is active, and I doubt most spammers check the reply to email :(
Spammers dont care if the email is active or not they just keep sending, The type of spam i get is someone selling a service, eg domain names or SEO that requires a personal email to respond, Typical click link spam doesnt even get through my filterQuote:

Exactly who is this reply being sent to? Are you just simply hitting reply and sending? This is wrong on MANY levels since the reply to: email address is very rarely EVER the sender, and quite often it is a random email address that is also a recipient on the list, or just a made up or random email address.
Also, based upon some mail server software, the fact that a single mailer sends multiple emails, such as your suggestion of 20 replies, to the same recipient will often get the sender and the ip blocked or blacklisted. If you do that enough with some of the larger email providers, your mail server could be blacklisted fairly quickly.

I've had to change around 20 email addresses in the past due to Russian Spam .. Viagra Mostly How do they get these different addresses its ridiculous and ruins my working day
Good idea, may try this, I spend most of my time clicking the unsub button, sure I'm wasting my time as they usually email again next week.
Yep, that's what I also do. I can't believe that there are some people out there that find it hard to tell the difference between genuine and dodgy email messages, especially ones that have to do with winning lotto, etc :)Quote:
