    Hello!

    Does anyone here partnered with xxrandaffiliates.silversandscasino.com?

    Because I found out that we promoted their brands before and expected to get a payment but they terminated the accounts and took our money...

    I want to improve the situation. Anybody know how to do it?

    I don't know the reason as our affiliate manager working with them not me.

    The reason I'm asking for help is that my site generate pretty good traffic to their brands and I don't want to waste it...

    At one stage your site had "not recommended" status on their casino reviews, maybe it's related to that.

    Hi Gil

    I have a very good relationship with them, so can chat to them on your behalf, but I am not too sure I understand exactly what happened.

    I have been working with Silversands for close on 15 years and not once have they ever missed a payment or done anything untoward, so hopefully it is a misunderstanding of some kind.

    I see your reviews of their brands say that they are not available to SA players which is incorrect. You may have been promoting their EUR / GBP brand instead of the SA versions which have a separate ZAR affiliate program. RTG casinos have to have a separate casino for each currency.

    The Affiliate Manager Shaun asked if you could please pop him an email so he can get whatever the problem is sorted out.
