Rant
Just a small rant but I had a player contact me about a promotion we had on our site, they couldnt get information about clearing requirements. When I contacted the affiliate program I was told that they werent sure about the promo I had but had a different one available. They explained the promo but didnt say what the clearing requirements were as this was what the email from the player was asking. When I sent a reply back asking what the requirements were, the manager said they didnt know because it was an older promo.
Sorry guys but you dropped the ball here. How do I say to a player play at Casino Club, but sorry I dont know what the clearing requirements are and neither does the casino support or my affiliate manager
So instead I sent an email back telling them I did not get a clear cut answer and to instead go check out our Party Casino page and play there. I should never have to send a player to another room.
