The hearing was supposed to start at 1 p.m. ET, but it is apparently delayed due to some votes in the House. when it does get underway, you can watch the live stream here: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=D_ZkPbuyrg8 ... I believe it will also be archived at this location.
We'll have a story on this later this afternoon.
