There is a TV show here in Australia called the "Gruen Transfer" - they talk about advertising on TV. Part of their show is to go to 2 Australian advertising agencies and get them to pitch an advertisement to the Australian public.

This was the outcome for an "Anti-Swearing Campaign"

I'm pretty sure that when I'm drunk I also start to talk like this. In fact I'm 100% sure that when I'm pissed anyone who isn't australian cannot understand a fkn word I say because my accent just goes right off the rails.
