    Default Referback closing accounts?

Referback is sending out request to close affiliate accounts? I thought their program was one that offered "for the life of the player" commissions?

I haven't promoted RB in years and when they took over King Neptunes all the players I had with brightshare then trident share vanished without notice.

Now they want to close my account despite the fact that they send me an occasional check? WTF?

Sounds like a sketchy plan to me! I wonder how many accounts will be closed when an affiliate doesnt get that email?

Yes we do offer players for life! The intention of the email was never to close your account, it was merely to find
out whether you’re still in the affiliate business. And what we can do to help you grow your business.<O</O

    ...

    Apologies for any confusion caused.<O</O

    Kind Regards,<O</O
    Tarryn<O</O

    -------------------------------

That being said I've looked at the email she sent and have advised on amendments to avoid any future confusion with other affiliates.

Yes, Shane - I got received the follow-up response from Tarryn, but I still felt it was worthwhile to make this public.

IMO, if the intention was to never close an account - the proposition to close an account should not have ever been presented.

Have a great day and a better tomorrow.
