Nothing but bad news for our industry when governments just suddenly decide to have all of these disgusting new blockings and bans being put in place against us hard working affiliates! It's just outrageous to say the least.

The Australian IGA (Internet Gambling Act) has been in place since August 2017. One of those laws make it illegal for any AU affiliate, to promote any online gambling venues which are NOT AU Licensed and regulated, to other Australians.

I don't agree with this law (telling people what they can and can't do with their own money)... But just like so many other AU Federal Laws, the IGA is also 1 too. So as much as I disagree with it, I have to abide by it since August 2017, in which case, I block ALL AU traffic.

You live in Australia, and AFAIK haven't stopped promoting to AU. Yet, your taking umbrage over country "blockings"???!!!

AussieDave, firstly, please don't assume where I might be presently residing.

Secondly, my point is that people should be free to spend their money wherever they wish without governmental bodies dictating where they can and can't purchase a service or a product. If a person wishes to play the slot machine at a particular online casino, then he should be free to do so. It's not like he's buying illegal drugs on the dark web.
