Default Rembrandt Partners delay to pay commission (resolved)

I decided to write a post here, because RembrandtAffiliate not pay commission.
Working several years in industry, but for the first time encountered such an amateur approach to his partner.
Affiliate Menager Henrik Piski probably believes that if you do not ask for payment of the commission. (at least 10 times) He does not have to pay it.
Last month, for payment of the commission asked at least 15 times. Every time I hear the same excuses.
It's another month, and I still have not received a commission.

From what I remember Henrik Piski previously worked for another program that also did not pay commissions to partners.
It just seems that someone is cheating. It's already so remain, no matter for whom he worked.

Henrik, please close my account and pay outstanding affiliate commissions. I do not want to have anything to do with you!

Oddly enough I was looking through their website today with the intention of possibly promoting them. BonusNoDeposit, you have just made my job a whole lot easier.

So now I have a dilemma. Here's what I got from Henrik Piski on skype.

"[10:38:31] Henrik Piski: not a cent you will get if you do not remove this post
[10:38:47] Henrik Piski: I can not stand people working with threads"

1 I delete post, then return to starting point. (because he does not believe that it will be paid. every day several times tells me same thing.)
2 Do not remove a post, I do not get commission.

Unfortunately BonusNoDeposit did not leave me the time to answer his requests on Skype before the end of this day as I had told him, and that he rather went to write unpleasant and incorrect statements in this forum.

He was working with our brands for several months on a cpa deal, which we have changed in common agreement early February to a rev.share deal due to suspicious performances. And although his traffic send to our websites did not seem to be legimate, we did pay him his previous CPA commissions.

In January, only one new depositing player coming from him has registered to one of our sites: he was therefore entitled to his cpa of 60€ as per deal. But our Terms & Conditions (http://www.casinosieger.com/affiliate/page/terms &6) clearly state that a commission payout is effected once the minimum of 150€ in a month is reached. The unpaid balance is being carried forward to the commission of the following month, or at least until the commission of € 150 as a sum for previous months has been reached.

We have a very good relationship with our affiliates and honor their work. As in every business relation, sometimes tensions come up, but usually these are always solved in a friendly and agreed manner.

Personally I found his post on me very offending and inappropriate. And as consequence, it is also harming our brands.

For this reason we have decided to close his affiliate account with immediately effect. As this was CPA based deal, no harm is done to the affiliate; and we feel we want to work with serious affiliates with genuine traffic, who also respect our terms and conditions.

This affiliate can turn to me over skype to settle his earned 60 euro.

As a summary for other interested affiliates regarding our terms & conditions:

    - we payout affiliate earnings when they have reached a monthly minimum of 150 euro;

    - when this amount is not reached in a current month, the amount will be carried forward;
    - affiliate payments are been processed in the last week of the following month, while e-wallet payments are immediate, bank wires take the usual bank transfer times depending on the countries.

    - if there are any issues/ questions from an affiliate regarding commissions, calculations or results, we can always send a detailed report including player ID's. To create such a report, there may be some working days involved;

    - we are always happy to discuss matters in a professional, decent and pleasant manner; and have professional affiliate managers who can assist you in this ( Oliver, Richard & Henrik).

I'm sure there is some "additional context" between the program and the OP. However, the threats and blackmail - holding the man hostage over his post is 100% unacceptable.

Said another way - Mr. Gold Sponsor Affiliate Program Manager - your words here...

...does not match what you told this affiliate behind the scenes on Skype (quoted below). I think that you should pass this on to the "professional affiliate managers" you referenced in your "public, face saving post", as you clearly are not the professional that you speak of.

Henrik as usual invents his cartoons! A month you please, for the payment of commissions for Brands Rembrandt and Sieger.
(I can here give our conversations with Skype)

every time I hear a new excuse.
commission will be paid today, will be paid tomorrow, the finance department is working etc.

Besides, why do you write that one player?
I asked you (when you have changed my deal, it is already more than a month ago) to close my account and pay all affiliate commission.
Said it will be done for me. You have withdrawn me in the month of January 240 € (current commission)
But I remained still outstanding commissions (Rembrandt and sieger)and these commissions just can not solicit from you!
I'll skip the fact that the payment of commission always have to beg you, and it repeatedly.

Summarizes left to pay: 1 CPA for sieger, and 1 CPA for Rembrandt. On the other hand, I forgot to mention the failure of your affiliate program. When it disappeared in January,
all the statistics of your affiliate program. (if anyone is promoting this brand knows what I mean, because it was a general problem., not only in my panel)
But it gives you faith and hold on to what we agreed on skype, that remains to be paid 2 players.
So why can not I? to solicit payment of such a small amount.

edit: and one more thing, do not write to me here suspicious performances! I gave you a few hundreds of players. So what's so strange that some players has paid a deposit?

Your information is incorrect, you had only 1 cpa player in January for casinosieger. You can review this in your affiliate back office.

The case was resolved favorably for me. I can say that very professionally approached the matter.
The whole situation was caused by a misunderstanding and i will continue to continue to work with them. With another manager my account

Today is a nationwide holiday in Germany. On May 1st, we are celebrating "May Day". It's the equivalent for the "Labor Day".

Moreover, yesterday was Maypole set-up, customs with a long tradition. If you can steal a Maypole, you will get a lot of beer.

    And finally ...

Last night was Walpurgis Nicht. In German folklore Walpurgisnacht is believed to be the night of a witches' meeting on the Brocken, the highest peak in the Harz Mountains (East Germany).

    "May Day" ... "Labor Day"

Today the little workers are the no. 1 here in Germany!

Of course, there are sometimes special situations between a company and the employees, but in the casino industry, where EVERYONE should know, that it's not "normal" money, that will be earned, all parties should think twice in very situation.

"not a cent you will get if you do not remove this post"

If anybody would write words like that to me, he can be sure, that one day later on at least 8 different places in two different languages an extensive report about him and his company would be published, and I have a lot of experience with investigations.

The people I work with in this industry, would never come up with this kind of ideas.

For the future I suggest Casinosieger to undersign every post with at least a first name, that everyone knows, WHO is writing WHAT!

-Shay- is absolutely right if he notes, that "the threats and blackmail - holding the man hostage over his post is 100% unacceptable".

If some of you in this industry, working with webmasters -real human and no toys- do not have sufficient mental, physical stability, strength of character and clarity of purpose, then please look for another job.

It's very sad, that the reputation of Rembrandt Affiliates is in danger.

I have given you a very large warm welcome (https://www.gpwa.org/forum/rembrandt...tml#post747019).

    Must I regret it?

    A large post ... that's work ... May Day ... Labor Day ...

You see the connection? It's a strange coincidence, that I find this thread today.

And please ... don't ignore this post ... I don't want to regret, what I have written in your welcome thread.

    Dear Leopold,

Thank you for your contribution; and for your thoughts, especially on a day like this.

When a person is being attacked on his name or being accused of something, wrong things can be said out of emotion.
And that is exactely what happened here.
That is not an excuse, because no matter how you will turn it, we fully understand that it should not have been said and it will not happen in the future.
So you are right about making a comment towards it; allthough the issue has been rapidly soluted to both parties satisfaction.

Just to get a little bit into the context: Allthough the affiliate in question, was not (yet) entitled for the payment of the commission, we have
settled it on his behalf. He did not reached the limit as mentioned in our terms. And you positively referred to this limit yourself in your welcome post.
That is where some nasty posts started with.

But 2 months after this situation, and the satisfactional solution both parties reached, there has been a lot of positive news towards our Casino's.
And we are happy with that. Due to the sponsorship on GPWA we acquired a lot of new affiliates, which are having successfull promotions.
We have recently expanded our game portfolio with games from NYX, besides Netent, Betsoft, Evolution, Espresso, and our number of loyal players is increasing daily,
due to the unique, and intensive loyalty programs and promotions we run.

Your warm welcome you reffered to, was and is still really appreciated!
you are right in all the posts you made so far referred to us; and when you would like to continue a discussion, I/We would be more than happy to invite you for a good glass of wine,
a nice cold refreshing beer, or a great coffee in Amsterdam during the exhibition, to give you a good insight on what we are about.

We are all working human, and working human make mistakes... I would say, if a person makes no mistakes, he is not working, and not entitled for the Labor day' Holiday..
Thanks again Leopold, and we hope to meet you in Amsterdam!

    Kind regards,
    Sander Darnes

    "

If I am able to visit the Holland Casino (if it's still there) in Amsterdam again in the future, it would be nice to meet you. The Bitterballen was delicious, and I loved to watch Dutch Black Jack players, because they play more often perfect Basic Strategy than German players do.

On the other side ... Dutch Roulette players gave shabby or no tip for decades, and that's one reason, why Holland Casinos has got into financial difficulties.

May be resolved but after reading that it doesn't make you want to work with the program if that is how affiliates are treated.
