I heard that TopGame's "Jonathan" no longer works for them.
Is this true and if yes, who represents Top Game now?
I will be offline until Wednesday but would appreciate any input about this until then. Thanks.

Any update on this?
There's a thread or two for TopGame going over at CM, I'm sure this thread would appeal to those interested there too!
Cheers

Because this clip joints ethics are so far south, I've taken a copy of the above page just in case they decide to alter it again.
I've also just realised that these clowns are a GPWA approved sponsor...Who right now are in breach of their SEAL:
- Abides by all laws, regulations, and license requirements of the jurisdictions within which they operate.
- Is truthful in all promotions and publishes only accurate information about their operations.
- Publicly discloses any rules and registration procedures affecting affiliates or the public.
- Uses only ethical means of promotion either directly or indirectly through others.
- Pays both affiliates and players promptly in accordance with published terms and conditions.
- Promptly responds to complaints either by affiliates or by affiliates on behalf of their players.
- Accepts responsibility for compliance with the terms of the sponsor code of conduct.
These chumps need to be kicked to the curb!
Cheers
Dave

Webmasters please reconsider not having any business relationship with TopGame. The software is not reliable nor are the terms for the player obviously.

wow we
I was was being sarcastic, meaning the sponsor code of conduct amounts to zip. https://www.gpwa.org/sponsor/codeofconduct.asp and the SEALS are worth the same value...zero...
Cheers

Cheers mate, we're on the same wavelength. Just spelling it out for the uninitiated![]()
Either Planet23 is about to fold or they simply do not care about their reputation anymore at all.
Danny is stoped answering messages and there are no signs of payment.
It is a bummer that gpwa still advises webmasters to sign up an account with them.
So glad we have this forum, had just started promoting them....until now.
Thanks to all that contributed. We lose 1 player but gain credibility I guess.
Rome Casino, another top game is headed the same way.
Rome owe me money and won't pay or respond... They are a PLATINUM sponsor here at the GPWA.... Rome and Top Game are ROGUE.
Rome has changed their Terms and Conditions without notice to affiliates.
I believe Rome Casino shaves players in a BIG way.
RomeCasino and Planet23 has the same owners (Dice Partners LLC), so this is not surprising.
By the way... The day Planet23 told me that they were not going to payI received a phonecall from Rome Casino, asking me to deposit. Coincidence... not.
That is how this company rolls.
Apparently Planet23 sent me a first installment of $500 but I do not have any further details because Danny has not replied to my messages anymore for the past three weeks.
I also ontacted Rome Casino about the ownership issue and they informed me that the information on the homepage of Planet23 was copied from their website and is invalid. Rome Casino is owned by Dice Partners but Planet23 apparently is not.
This information was published on the bottom of Planet 23's homepage until a few days ago...
...and has now been replaced:www.planet23.com is a property of Dice Partners LLC, Panama.
www.planet23.com is a property of KC Online Marketing LLC, Seychelles.
I am glad to update this thread and report that the final payment has been made. Kudos to gpwa for working this out!
Dear friends and forum visitors,
I'm happy to see that this weird and very unusual incident is over, and I would like to emphasize the fact that the only delay related to this miserable misunderstanding was regarding the approval of the transaction and not the funds issue, as they were paid on time (Aug. and Sep. 2009)
Cordially,
On behalf of Planet23 Casino and 23Partners Affiliate Program
For the record: I was paid the last installment in October.
I am done with this.
