(Resolved) RevenueJet Not Paying Commission (Resolved)

RevenueJet (Alex) has been spinning me the story that there has been fraudulant activity from one of my punters. I joined in October made a bit, but then was denied my commision, due to this fraudulant activity. I stopped promoting, but there was still some activity, and in December, made more commission, but this too was held back. In February, yet again, my commission was not paid. When enquired about it, because this time there was a payout, my account was cleared. All history of my commission was cleared, so there's no evidence. Damn sneaky. I fortunately made some screen shots, because i had a sneaky suspicion he would actually go that low.
My emails are being ignored now. I'm disgusted by this behaviour.
Has anyone else experienced this sort of thing. Where else can one post this sort of thing, so unsuspecting affiliates don't fall into the same trap.

Hate to say it... If you would have done a little research on this group ( a couple of simple searches [revenuejet blacklisted] or [revenuejet scam] ) you would have seen that this group has past and ongoing 'problems' with affiliates.

If your going to promote a group you really need to do a little research before you invest your time/money into them.

Due Diligence is a necessity in this business.

RevenueJet has not paid you commission because you never communicated with us, sent four signups, with one supposed “player” that deposited/lost $10,000.

The circumstances are questionable at best and fraud at worst—the site from which you supposedly sent traffic does not even exist. You have failed to respond to all of our (numerous) inquiries regarding the origin of the traffic. Moreover, all traffic occurred in a single day—the last day of the month (on two separate occasions). All together, it appears like a classic case of revenue share fraud.

In all events, the casinos can run a background to check and verify your player. While this might take some time, it is necessary to do before there is any payment for traffic.

However, this tactic of mudslinging on forums won't alter our established protocols. This issue can only be resolved with your cooperation, not through bullying.

There is absolutely no reason for you to post negatively about RevenueJet. Your complaints are completely unfounded considering that you, like everyone else in the industry, have never had any issues with our program.

Now, if you do have a legitimate problem, feel free to open your own relevant thread, or better yet, contact me in person. That is generally what people do who are looking for a resolution to their issue. Public posting of this nonsense does not help anyone and can cause damage to a company which invested a significant amount of time, energy, and resources to make affiliates like you happy.

What is most bothersome about all this is that considering the limited traffic you have tried to send us, RevenueJet has paid you an excessive amount of money.

Good point Rick, I could understand the first offense, but then, when i enquired about December, i was told that there was a problem with December and now with February.
JetMAtt claims it takes time to investigate the legitimacy of a punter, it has taken more than four months, and still you say "The circumstances are questionable at best and fraud at worst" Nothing concrete, i'm afraid.
If you check, that site only expired last month, it existed through all of these discrepancies. Why would you allow suspected fraudulent players ,to keep playing anyway. Then in February, there was even a payout made, why would you payout, when there is all these discrepancies.
All very baffling.
Lots0cash, you're right, i'm learning the hard way, but i'll take better care next time.
I won't leave it here though, i'll post and post and post, until i get my commission.

All I said was that affys should research, you know do Due Diligence.

Matt it is not my fault that you have had 'problems' with affiliates and it is not my fault that a very little research brings search results from unhappy affiliates that are not flattering to your program.

I was not going to give my opinion of revenuejet in public(because I knew it would make Matt and his buddies angry), but Matt you just gotta be a jerk about everything.

So here is my opinion of Revenuejet, which I have not yet given in this thread:
Matt your program(reveunejet) are a bunch of thieves, that shave and short affiliates at every opportunity.
But that is just my opinion, based on a very very short business relationship.

Matt If you would like to open another thread, so we can discuss in public our prior business relationship, the deal we had and why I think your thieves, I'll be happy to give my input...

Hello,

I never had any problems with Revenue Jet, I had months where I had a lot of money and I've always been paye. My manager is Alex, he always answered quickly.

I'm pleased to say that i have had a telephonic conversation with Alex, and our misunderstandings were sorted out. I have been promised that i would receive all monies made so far. Their concern was legit, but it has been put to rest. Also, the site i used actually expired middle of Feb, it just wasn't renewed, but has always existed, but all that has been resolved now. Thanks guys for resolving the issue amicably, and i'm looking forward to a good future working together.

My issue has been resolved. Thanks to RevenueJet Team (Alex in particular) it was resolved speedily and amicably. The reassurances i received makes me comfortable to deal with revenuejet in the future. We all have hiccups, as long as it is resolved. Thanks to Cityguard and all the rest for your input.
