Restrictions

Hi guys, what are the specific restrictions for promoting my website on Facebook, Google+ and Twitter?

Are they outright banned or are there workarounds if you are linking to your own site and not just posting direct affiliate links?

Also, can you advertise through PPC or are these restricted too?
