Default Return rate in Online Bingo Halls (Microgaming especially)

    Hello!

This is my first post on GPWA and I am very pleased to join your excellent forum.

I am a French Canadian and I wish to make a website on Bingo. A French language site for the French Canadians and the French-speaking audience in Europe.

I want to give visitors to my site the Return Rate for different Bingo Halls. Especially for Microgaming. And perhaps particularly for 32 Red Bingo. But how to know the information? The information is nowhere on their websites. Neither the site of 32 Red or the site of Microgaming. I tried to contact the live chat from 32 Red. And here's a transcript of my conversations with Merryn from 32 red.

Merryn is very friendly but don't seem to be able to answer my question...

    --------------------------------------------------------------------------------
You are now chatting with Merryn
    --------------------------------------------------------------------------------
Merryn: Hi, Welcome to the casino, how can I help?
    Me: Hi Merryn
Me: First, my english is not very good. Do you speak french?
    Merryn: No im sorry
    Merryn:
Me: 32 red doesnt offer support in french?
Merryn: we do you can send in an email to XXXXX
Me: By email, its possible to have answers in french but not with the chat live?
    Merryn: yes
    Me: OK
Me: My question is the following
    Merryn: your english is good
    Me: thanks
Me: I'm not already client of 32 red bingo
Me: But i want to know what is the return rate for Bingo?
    Me: 80% 95%
    Me: ?
    Me: the average return rate
Merryn: I will check that for you
Me: I cannot find this information on you website, thanks
    Me: your website
Merryn: OK so for the Bingo someone wins everytime of course
Merryn: so the payout % for the game is 100%
Merryn: is that what you mean?
Me: No, 32 red and Microgaming don't work freely. You surely take a cut on the wagers made. For example, slots may have a return rate of 95%. English roulette (single zero roulette) has a return rate of 97.3% I wish to know what is the return rate of bingo. Normally the return rate must vary between 80% and 98%.
Me: and i cannot find this important information anywhere
Merryn: but this game is different
Merryn: as you are playing against real players who have bought tickets
Merryn: so there is a winner within every game
Merryn: for example 10 players all buy tickets for the biingo in one game
Me: Yes but if 100 players have bought 10 pounds tickets, the pool is 1000 pounds. but you will not return 1000 pounds to the players. you will keep something for yourself. Maybe you will return 950 pounds to the players. Thus in this example the return rate must be of 95%. Of course, since you have jackpots, its not so easy. but you surely are able to know what is the return rate for your games. You are able for slots, you are able for bingo.
Merryn: the balls will be chosen until one player has all their numbers chosen, the game doesn't stop until there is a winner
    Me: Yes i know this
Merryn: ah ok I understand now
    Merryn: one moment
    Me: OK
Merryn: The prize is calculated as a percentage of the total value of the tickets sold for a given game. Progressive jackpots (referred to commonly as PJP) work differently and represent a percentage of the total value of the tickets sold during progressive games only. However, the lowest a progressive jackpot can be is 250.
    Me: OK
Me: And what are these pourcentages?
    Me: percentage (in english)
    Me: lol
    Merryn: lol
Merryn: I will check that for you
    Me: OK thanks
    Merryn: Sorry to keep you
    Me: its ok
Merryn: Im not sure what this answer is im afraid
Merryn: as this has many variances
    Me: Yes i know
Me: But someone surely know the answer. Do you have an idea where i can write to have this answer?
    Me: knows the answer
Merryn: Um I think because there isnt a set % in this as it will be determined after all tickets have been bought and the game begins
Me: OK i understand. Thank you very much for your efforts, Merryn.
Merryn: I hope it has answered some of your questions
Me: Thanks. Have a nice day! Bye!
    Merryn: bye!

    So my questions are:

How can we know the Return rate in the various bingo halls? Especially how to know the return rate of bingo games on the Microgaming network?

I don't know if anyone from Microgaming or 32Red can answer these questions or if someone knows a ressource where we can get answers for all the bingo halls.

Thank you very much in advance!

It seems that nobody here is interested in bingo return rates.
