Hi Malci,
Thanks for your explanation, I have however my own views, which perhaps I should keep to myself, for the sake of the thread.

Thank you Malci for giving the payment minimums breakdown with the associated fees.
Most of them seem to be in line, but I do still stand on my opinion that I think the $40 fee for a check (especially when it is only a hundred or so) is pretty steep.
As far as the title, I will go ahead and edit it and to something a little less harsh.

If an affiliate program is not small affiliate friendly (especially small US Affiliate), then they are NOT Affiliate Friendly!

hi Malci
I don't know who I spoke with via emails a few months ago, but that was when I asked what my payment options were in the USA. And when I was told the only option was check when below $1000...no fee was mentioned. And when I was told the check was sent for $179, it wasn't mentioned that it was not going to be that amount when it arrived. I am glad you are going to disclose it more openly, your fees are the highest I've seen in 10 years, and affiliates should know. For me, I don't make huge money so it sometimes makes or breaks if I want to advertise for that company or not.
I recently turned down a few programs because it wasn't worth my advertising for at their payout options, minimums and fees. I dropped PKR a few months ago because I don't make $1000 in a month or a few months in most cases and that's their minimum for all payment methods in the USA.
We can agree to disagree on some things, I have no problem with that. I will contact a moderator to change the title for me.
I use Quick Tender here and have never had a problem. I have my QT account linked to several afilliate accounts so that by the time I make a withdraw the QT fee is nominal as a % of the withdraw. Let a few payments hit your QT account before making a withdraw (or use QT to deposit to another site that charges less to make a withdraw - little shady but it works).
I would change my payment details and keep promoting. I dont know about you, but with most of my websites recommending US facing rooms, Im keeping every program that earns me a dime at this point!

hi Travis
What affiliate groups take QT? I just signed up with them for Pantasia, will be my first time using them, would be smart to set a few accounts at QT to make that fee not so costly as you said.
Yep, I will probably still promote them.....just like you, my sites get a huge amount of USA players.
I can't think of a program I belong to that doesn't have QT as a payment option. Rival and RTG programs should all offer QT.
I have Commision Account, World Bingo and Rev Giants all set up to go to QT. I then also have Cake and Rakemakers go to my poker account, but cashout to my QT account and then make a withdraw. I am sure there are more you will just need to check to payment options. The key though is to only make 1 withdraw, 2 max so you spread the QT fee across all the payments. I hate paying fee's so I will wait until there are all in there before making a single withdraw. It works out pretty well.
Hope that helps.
