The website is cool, unfortunately I don understand Vietnamese
But i like the section with the Hot girls

Very basic, I would sort out the design/layout.
Also wouldn't recommend using YouTube videos, especially on the main page.

Well the logo you use on YOUR website, even if it is an authorized banner they offer to promote them, it hyperlinks back to your home page and appears you are using it as your logo.
This appears it could be a direct copyright violation of an operator, and most operators would not allow that to continue, could seize earnings and in fact could most likely seize the site and the domain.
You display the DMCA badge because you do not want anyone lifting your content or images, and yet you took a logo from an operator.

Your site looks okay to me with a quick loading time. I think you should just add some more banners to get a better blend of text and images together. But that's a good job.

Looks a bit basic =) The "HOT GIRLS" tab also feels a bit off.
