Yesterday I received an unsolicited e-mail promoting rivacasino.com. The e-mail came from mail@gufel.net and was linked to:
gufel.net/int/link.php?M=3730166&N=393&L=142&F=H
which redirects to http://www.rivacasino.com/
My e-mail to rivacasino.com - "Please see below e-mail which we believe to be spam. Please advise where/when we subscribed to this list."
Check out the casino's reply, received this morning.

That's one casino I'll never work with. Looks like rivacasino are officially saying they're don't want to know if their affiiates (or themselves/appointed marketers) are sending out spam.
